Description of 1963 Mini Classic Mini Cooper |
What you are looking at is an absolutely amazing Mini! The car is a drivers car being assembled by River House Minis years ago to be an amazing usable vehicle. The car benefits from a healthy 1.3L Multi point injected motor. The car runs amazing and can be driven anywhere! I have had this car for over 12 years, and have personally driven the car across the United States 3600 miles in 3 days, visiting Daytona Raceway, New Orleans, . I have also been on the 500 mile Alpine Rally, Run the Virginia City Hill climb, raced at Laguna Seca, Sears Point, and Thunderhill Raceways, as well as crushed the hearts of countless massive v8 cars at autocrosses throughout California. The car has the power rag top, 7.5" cooper S disc brakes, adjustable tie bars, 10" minilite wheels, Spax adjustable shocks, and then there is the Matching trailer! The car needs a few odds and ends such as a speedo cable, a new lens for one of the Lucas fog lights, and the fuel guage rewired. Water temp, oil press, heater, and blinkers all work great. The trailer tows amazing and has the proper hitch, wiring and safety cable as can be see in one of the pictures. You can drive as fast as you want with this trailer, as it is extremely stable. The trunk opens, and the lid comes off. It is cavernous inside. The trailer has never been registered, but nobody has ever asked me squat about it other than to take a picture. It will easily qualify for registration anywhere it ends up, but will need a number assigned to it. The car has no rust to speak of that I am aware of, spending most of its life in California. The only reason I am selling this car, is because I haven't been able to use the car as I once did due to a new business, and off-road racing now. I really want the car to go to a home with someone who will continue the amazing story this car could tell! Fire away with any questions you may have. I will answer as fast as possible. Buy with confidence, and then fly in and drive home! It is an awesome adventure! No smog required! I don't have a Buy It Now price, as these cars are all over the board, however, In my opinion its priceless, but I can guarantee the reserve is less than that! Unless otherwise agreed, I will be retaining the personalized Ca plates. |
