1966 Morris Mini Cooper. At some point this car was updated with lots of parts from a late 90s (97-00) multi point injection model. This was the most powerful stock engine and combined with the 2.76:1 final drive ratio only available on these late model transmissions makes this car cruise easily at 70mph. I have owned the car for about a year and sorted out most of the mechanical bits. New parts in the last year include:
- Fuel pump
- Fuel sender
- Fuel filter
- Battery
- Maniflow Exhaust
- Coil Spring suspension
- High-low adjustable struts
- Shock absorbers x 4
- Front seats
- Grill (internal bonnet release)
- Upper engine steady bushings
- Left and right lower engine steady kits
- etc.
The car start and runs nicely. Some work is definitely still remaining. Enjoy it as is, restore it, or do a little as you go. Both sills and one A panel are needing replaced. No major corrosion other than that. I have all the parts I thought needed to bring this car to tip-top shape and they are included as shown. Sills and A panel, two new tires, 4 new wheel arches, new spare minilite wheel, badges, trim bits, and decals. This car is old and sold as-is. You are highly encouraged to come see it in person. No reserve, this is priced to sell!
