Description of 1993 Nissan Pathfinder XE Sport Utility 4-Door |
Hey Ebay People, This blue beast is our 1993 Nissan Pathfinder. Bought it to drive up into the mountains during the winter snow. I was going to work on it and have it ready to go. Got busy, lost interest, blah blah blah. Anyways, now is your chance to pick it up cheap. No reserve auction. Don't care, want it gone. Whats wrong: Everything. To be fair, it needs body, mechanical, interior, and electrical work. This is an as is project car. Engine may have exhaust leak and oil leak. Transmission seems fine. Engine overheats as it goes up hill. Exterior is beat up and needs work. Its pretty ugly. Interior needs dashboard repair, electrical work, pneumatic lift for tail gate, and seats cleaned or re-upholstered. Transmission seems fine. Front CV Boot on Driver side is ripped. Some Good News: I have parts to replace the front CV Half Axles (new), rotors, brake pads, wheel bearings. Why? Well if you are gonna pull the boot, you can assume you half axle and wheel bearing needs repacked. But if you are going that far in a 4x4, might as well just replace the crap you have to pull off. Hence the new brake pads and rotors. Why both sides? Well I figured if I was already there might as well. Does run and drive. I drove is 120 miles up the mountains to get it to the area it is in now. She overheated up hill, but drove good all things considered. It is a project car, I wouldn't consider it a daily driver, but it is a running and driving project car. Starts rough. But drives. I would not recommend driving long distances. Should be towed for your safety if traveling more than 30 miles or so. Here is the situation. I do not particularly care how much it sells for. $300-$3000. Don't care. I just want it gone, and I feel an auction is a good place to let you guys determine a fair price. So to be clear about this. No payment plans. If you can't pay within 48 hours of the auction close, then don't bid. Must be picked up or shipped by December 1st. I will not help you ship. I will not drive or deliver. This is simple, you pay on paypal or with cash/check, you pick up your project SUV, I wish you the best, and you drive away. Do not come looking for a perfect car or daily driver. This thing is beat up and runs and drives, but I have no patience for tire kickers or hagglers. I will donate it to Goodwill for a tax write off before I take even $5 less than what the ebay final bid is. Have fun and good luck. This SUV would make an excellent off-road or beach SUV with some work and time. |
