Description of 1990 Nissan GT-R |
Looks like I'm getting married and trying to go back to school, so time to step away from the tuner world for a little bit. I'm selling my 1990 R32-GT-R imported under the 25 exemption law. This was one of the first batches of cars brought in and I've been driving it for the last two years. The car is mechanically very sound, I spent a lot of time and money refreshing the engine bay to make the car a reliable daily driver. I was going to try and up the HP in the future but haven't gotten that far yet. So this engine has never been ran over stock boost, and it even still has the factory boost restricter in the boost controller. So far I have personally put in: Kenwood KVT-7012BT Sterio Alpine S Speakers Viper Alarm /w Keyless Entry New Alternator New O2 Sensors Wiring Specialties complete wiring harness Split Fire Coils Igniter Tomei Fuel Pump Nismo Copper Mix Twin Plate Clutch Fuel Injector Clinic 850cc injectors Haltech Platinum Pro V2 (Fuel Management) tuned by Specialty Z Haltech Wide Band O2 (WBC-1) JapSalon Front Grill Authentic Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood Autometer Dual Gauge Pod VEI Gauges (Boost/O2) and (Oil Pressure/Temp) A.c. compressor Fan clutch Koyo Radiator New Ceramic Window Tint Greddy Oil Filter Relocation Kit Nismo Down Pipe Test Pipe Veilside Cat Back Nismo Shift Knob R33 Seats no holes, no tears New Timing Belt New Tensioner New Idler Pully New Water Pump Tein Springs New Fuel Filter Upper and Lower Radiator Hoses Front Main Seal Real Main Seal All Accessory Belts Thermostat Coolant Temp Sensor N1 front bumper N1 headlightsNew Nissan Slave Cylinder I also have ready to go into the car but not in yet Lockwood MPH gauge faces Tomei metal intake gaskets Autoban 88 replacement hoses Apexi Power Intake Mac Valve (For boost control through the Haltech) The car has approximately 113000km on it which is around 70000 miles. Have clean title in hand along with all receiptsfor parts and work. I also have an excel spreadsheet listing on what date and mileage all parts were installed The VIN is:BNR32005536, Ebay doesn't like the shorter JDM VINS If you're local you're more than welcome to come see the car in person first or have any questions click "Contact Seller" Buy with confidence with Ebays $100000 buyer protection More good news Nismo's heritage program is now up and running. They're producing new parts for the car again, so they're getting easier to get and cheaper. Will ship after payment clears. Buyer will be responsible for arranging shipping.. Now for the few bad things:1)As with all JDM skylines there is some rust anyone who doesn't say anything about rust in their adds is trying to hide this fact2) The AC doesn't blow cold. I have replaced the AC control unit and the compressor as well as checked for leaks. I have run the on board diagnostic and discovered that the outside air temp sensor for the AC system has gone bad. The AC computer thinks it's -24 C outside so it won't kick on the compressor. Replace the sensor and it should work3) There is a leak on the #3 intake runner due to the gaskets being the original 27 year old paper gaskets. However I do have in my possession Tomei metal replacement gaskets for the whole intake. I just haven't had time to put them in4) slight 4th gear syncro grind. It comes and goes for some reason. If you want a full replacement transmission I have a supplier that has them for only $600. I will give the info to the buyer. Other than those few things the car is mechanicallysolid and I even use it as my daily driver Motivated Seller. Don't be afraid to make an offer, worst I can do is say no |
