Description of 1992 Nissan GT-R |
Actual VIN:BNR32222944 141,686 km or 88,040 miles Nismo exhaust Like most things in life, there is give and take. This car offers a shockingly stock platform, with the only modification being a Nismo exhaust, which is still technically a factory part! The trade off is there is some rust (evident in the photos) in the rear wheel wells, but that’s a common Skyline issue. That being said, the rest of the paint is actually in decent shape. The interior is also pretty nice, with the biggest flaw being a tear in the driver seat bolstering. Not a bad offering for what is quickly becoming a “lower†price point. As with any used car, tires can show significant wear and tear. With this particular car, we recommend changing tires shortly after purchasing. It was nicknamed “Godzilla†in Australia due to it’s ability to outperform the V8 muscle cars that were popular during the time. With a 276hp 2.6L twin-turbo inline 6 and all-wheel drive, it could dominate on the drag strip or road course. The motor was matched to a 5 speed Getrag manual with a final drive ratio of 4.111. Also available was a 4 wheel steering system, helping the GT-R utilize all of it’s available grip. With a plethora of aftermarket parts and tuning it’s possible to push 1000hp from the GT-R. |
