This 1985 Nissan Maxima station wagon has been driven less than an average of 2,800 miles per year and is clean for a 40 year old vehicle. The previous Owner completed a major tune up, to include spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, oil change, and fuel filter. In addition, the valve cover gaskets were changed as well as timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and pulleys. I purchased the vehicle with the understanding that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, starter, battery, and broken side marker light housing. The vehicle now starts and runs but there is white smoke coming from the tailpipe. With the purchase price and related repairs since I have owners the vehicle, I have over $3,000 invested and have no time to invest further. There is slight body work and mechanical items to be repaired for the vehicle to be perfect. The interior is in great condition. The vehicle has a Clean Title.
