1974 Olds Omega :
This car has 95 percent of the original paint. It was one hundred percent original when i got it, here was rust behind the front wheel openings low on the fender on both sides. I cut the rust out and welded in new sheet metal and then mixed up paint from the original paint code and added flatner to match the faded paint on the car and had a friend of mine who is a professional painter paint from the bottom body line down using transition tape on the body line so as not to have a paint line. turned out great, ot a dead on match but the rust is gone, nd with paint being faded and patina it just worked out awesome.
The engine is a chevy 350 with HEI ignition, hich a previous owner had installed in the car, dressed up the engine with the valve covers and air cleaner. The car does have power steering. Factory tilt column! The interior is all original and does need reupholstered. After market grant 13 inch steering wheel.
The rims are brand new aluminum 17 inch rally style that I had powder coated gloss black and added the police center caps. Rear tires are brand new and the front are 85 to 90 percent tread.
The front end is tight, he brakes, re excellent considering it is a non power brake car, he carb is rebuilt, he car is very reliable, tarts every time.
