Description of 1960 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight 4 door sedan

I love this car and hate to see it go. I bought it last year with just over 39,000 miles and I rolled it over 40,000 original miles this summer. Currently it has 41,250 original miles. It was kept for years in a climate controlled garage and was clearly a Sunday car for it's early life.
In the last year I've replaced the fuel pump, water pump and ignition switch (NOS). I had the carb reworked and the wiper system rebuilt. The previous owner had the entire exhaust replaced a few years ago. Everything else, as far as I know, including the cardboard trunk liner is all original.
While I have put this car in a show (I won top 10), it is a driver and a strong one at that. Other than replacing the bias tires with radials for comfort, I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car across the country today.
To the best of my knowledge the following are issues that could use attention. The speedometer sticks sometimes and needs oiled. The driver's front seat finally fatigued last month and needs replaced as the fabric is starting to rip (that was a terrible sound to hear!) There seems to be a some old body work in the corners (pictured). There is a bit of rust starting on the bumper. The driver's side rear door is a slightly off color and must have been repainted at one point (I didn't even notice for the first month I owned it).
