UP FOR NO RESERVE AUCTION!!! CAR WILL BE SOLD!! 1970 OLDSMOBILE RALLYE 350 - ORIGINAL SURVIVOR CAR FULLY DOCUMENTED - ORIGINAL ORDER FORM FROM THE DEALER ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER - COPIES OF TITLES TO EVERY PREVIOUS OWNER NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINE AND DRIVE-TRAIN EXTREMELYWELL MAINTAINED AND ALWAYSGARAGED. TRUE SURVIVOR IN ORIGINAL CONDITION - ANYTHING CHANGED ORIGINAL PARTS WERE KEPT. EVERYTHING ACCEPT ORIGINAL RADIO IS MISSING Your looking at abeautifulexample of a true survivor in every sense of the word. The car original soldout of a Florida dealership in 1970. The original owner held on to the original order sheet of the car, and the original window sticker. He kept the car in his garage for years until he lended the car to amuseum in Florida until his passing. The car was sold from there to a collector car dealership in Amelia Island. And from there made its way to California where its been ever since. This is a really rare muscle car, only 3547 were ever produced. This car came with all the great options Factory AC,FactoryDisc brakes, Factory posi 342 rear end. Whichthemanufacturerdid notwant to put AC in the cars with thatparticularsetup but the dealerpushed it through. When the owner took delivery of the car it came with a bench seat and the owner had the dealer change out the seat to bucket seats. So this is the way that the car came from the dealer. The current owner did a few upgrades on the car to make it more friendly to drive like a new Mallory electronicdistributor, new coil over shocks, a upgraded radiator and he added a new demoncarburetor. With all that, every original part to the car was kept. including the original ignition coil. Even the original copper radiator is here. When themuseumhad the car they did a few things to make the interior look like it did from thefactory. With all OEM parts. Most of what you see in the car is original to the day it was born. All theoriginalemblems were kept as well. It has a Retro Sound stereo installed to look factory correct. Original jack and spare tire in the trunk, with original instructions under the trunk lid. This car drivesunbelievable, I cant tell you how nice this car drives, the ram air intake is fully functional, and everything works, every light, every gauge, everything. AC blows cold and was just recharged. The car drives like its on rails, and stops straight, brakes straight and runs fantastic. Tires are about 70%, brakes are at 80%. Transmission shifts very smooth. Aftermarket tachometer was installed by the first owner and is period correct, I would not change if for the world. Odometer shows 8000 miles, we believe the actual mileage to be 108,000. All prior owners agree with that statement. There is no rust on this car, we inspected everywhere and its clean. Every panel on this car is laser factory straight. There are rock chips in the paint on the front bumper but you have to be up close to really see them. It appears a prior owner attempted to do a few touch ups in a few spots, looks ok. Interior shows a little ware and tear but overall is really nice. The front grill emblem should be Oldsmobile, we have the original emblem and its been repaired. A new Cutlass emblem was added just for looks. The previous owner added a water filterbecausethe water in his area is really hard water and hewanted to keep from it doing any internal damage to the engine or radiator. It all can be easily removed. The engine was rebuilt 10 years ago to factory spec. Original high nickel content block and heads and has about 6000 miles on rebuild. And the transmission has been gone through and appears to be in great shape with no issues. When they built these cars they built the GM turbo 350 to be bullet proof for this application and its proven to stand the test of time. The car has always been well maintained and very cared for, and you can tell. The rear end was serviced and gone through as well and has the original posi traction 342 gearing. New factory replacementexhaustwas put in just recently and it was importantto the owner to have it has original as possible. Same mufflers and everything. This car does not leak a drop of oil anywhere front to back. The car was the W45 car with the Rallye suspension all the options are on the order sheet in the last picture. This is a gorgeous rare muscle car and we would like to see it go to a good home someone who is going to take care of the car and keep it original. I purchased this car from the current owner to help him get it sold. Paperwork is all in order and the car comes with all the original parts and a file of all the original documentation. Please only bid on the car if you plan to buy the car, you may be outbidding someone who has inspected the car and is seriously trying to purchase the car. This is a no reserve auction to the highest bidder, once the auction ends the car is sold. The car is being sold in "AS-IS" condition with no warranties implied, its alwaysrecommendedyou inspectthe car before bidding, I understand that is not always possible, so send someone out to look at the car, or ask a ton of questions and request more pictures. I'll be happy to help. A deposit of $1000 dollars is due within 24 hours of auction closing, you may pay it by Pay-pal if you choose, or we can work it out.
