For Sale: 1986 Cutlass Supreme I've had this car over 4 years. The previous owner installed a fully rebuilt cammed 327 and 3 speed TH350 transmission built by Cincinnati Speed Shop in this car. This Motor and transmission has under 4,000 miles on it since the rebuild. The car has the factory open differential, will still burn the drive tire all day. Headers, Dual exhaust with turned down true dual exhaust pipes. Fun to drive, typical Cadillac float you find in most G-bodies. The exhaust sounds really nice on this car. I bought this car to have a little fun in with my sons, its been fun but we are moving on to something different. With an LSD rear end and gear change this car would scream, great motor build. This car, engine and trans are built for performance. For those unfamiliar with a build like this, there is no air conditioning, no computer or electronic components are required. Everything under the hood was remove, the rebuilt motor and trans were put in, hooked up and ready to drive! This is the base model coupe, which makes it the perfect candidate for a performance build as it has manual windows and door locks as well. Previous Owner deleted the vinyl top, typical body work required to make this look nice. Rivet locations will leak when raining if left uncovered. Original Paint, faded as to be expected Needs Headliner, again typical. The headliner tray is there, just needs to be recovered Passenger seat fabric is subpar Leaks transmission fluid, just needs re-tourqued or possibly a transmission pan gasket, simple repair. Very straight body panels, One of the straightest you will find. Olds Rally wheels 95%+ tread all the way around (Burnout tire has less tread, but there is a new tire in the trunk!) Very little rust overall, no structural rust Doors are solid, no sag (best doors I have owned out of 5 G-body cars), small bit of cosmetic rust at the typical bottom edge location Aftermarket stereo, nothing to write home about, but does have CD player etc. Please ask any and all questions before bidding or making an offer. All offers are binding. The price is right as I am taking a loss at list price but, if this doesnt sell in a pre determined amount of time, I will consider listing it at auction. If you are interested in bidding, add it to your watchlist so you are notified if it goes to auction. |
