Description of 1964 Oldsmobile Cutlass F85

I am selling my VERY RARE 1964 Oldsmobile Cutlass convertible. There were only 436 produced that year. This car runs and drives great. Clear title just needs a new home. It has no rust issues. It does need brakes, new interior and new top. I would be comfortable driving this car across country with no hesitation after it has new brakes put on. I now the pads only cost $16 each and the drums are $45 each. I just don't have time to deal with it right now because I am about to start working on a new project. This car was professionally painted from the factory Olds blue to Candy red 7 years ago. The paint still looks amazing. The car does have its small imperfections on the outside but what 50yr old + car doesn't. From 10 feet away the car looks like it should be sitting on the showroom floor. Anyone that knows cars knows that rust buckets in this same car are selling for $7,000+. I am pricing this one to sell fast. I am asking $10,000 OBO. Kelly Blue Book and Haggerty classic car value estimate this car in this condition should be $18-$20k. A fully restored perfect car would run you well over $50,000. This is the perfect chance for someone to buy a great classic car for a very low price. Someone can buy this and put new brakes and drive it daily or put $4-5k in to it and have a great looking, performing and perfect beautiful daily driving classic car. The car does have the factory 330v V8 that was rebuilt along with the transmission and has less than 2k miles on rebuild. It is a numbers matching car. I do not have the factory wheels but I have just added brand new 20 inch wheels and tires.

I forgot to mention. That this is a very rare manual top car. So no need to buy an expensive top motor. You just need the material. Material can be bought online for around $250
