Looking to sell this 79 Olds. Car was pulled out of a barn when I bought it. Original Paint. I Was Looking to restore it but dont have the time to. Car was last PA state inspected 4 of 94. It runs and drives but not road worthy. THE GOOD Car has many new parts replaced 90% of the brake lines have be replaced New brakes, slotted rotors, wheel cylinders, hubs & shoes. New master cylinder. The car will stop!! New transmission cooler lines from Trans to Radiator. New Radiator & Hoses New Water pump New fuel pump with a in-line see thru filter New bottom power steering line New Battery New erg valve New Heater Control Valve New plugs, wires, Distributor, cap, rotor button New Alternator New gauges New Horns Replaced front bumper I have the replacement hard to find rear plastic bumper/quarter panel molding. quarter panel trim is in the trunk Frame, floors, trunk pan are in great shape. Very little surface rust. New trans filter, Transmission seems to shift fine Engine (403 Olds) sound tight I have 3 spare wheels, 2 air cleaners. Dual exhaust manifolds. Car is currently garage kept THE BAD Interior is about a 6 out of 10. Needs new headliner. Dash is almost perfect. Seats have barn critter damage. Carpet is nice. Needs exhaust Car has been sitting since 94. THINGS DRYROT Rust damage in bottom of both doors. Can be repaired Carburetor need rebuilt. (Quadrajet) Engine has an oil leak, not sure if it the oil pan or rear main seal Power steering system has a leak. For almost 40 years old, this is a great place to start for a project! CAR WILL NEED TRANSPORTED, NOT ROAD WORTHY TITLE IN HAND |
