deadsexee Store Awesome 1980 Oldsmobile 98 Regency This auction is for a 1980 Oldsmobile 98 Regency in very good used condition. It is one of the cleanest examples of this year and model of a car . that has not had a restoration. that you will find. I believe a person could literally get in this car and drive it to either coast without a hint of a problem . ecause of the obvious maintenance and meticulous care that the previous owners have given it. This car has a 5 digit odometer which now reads 13. 46 miles. I have documentation from the Wisconsin DMV that states the car had 34. 00 miles on it in 2004. so actual miles are 113. 46. This was definitely Grandpa and Grandmas pride and joy. and was originally purchased new in Fondulac. i. This is the last year before computer controlled emission things appeared on this model. It is also the first year of the model redo for the 98's. It has the 5. 7 Liter V-8 Rocket engine mated to a 3 speed auto transmission. and as most Domestic classic car aficionados will tell you. is as close to bullet proof of a drive train that GM ever produced. With the exception of the power button on the cruise control. everything on this car is in working order. right down to the fiber optic turn signal indicators mounted on top of both front fenders! There is a rip on the arm rest interior door handle. and some rust starting on both lower interior front door edges. This is a 35 year old car so it is being sold as is as shown. but bid with confidence. it is agreat ride!
