A short history: In 1981 a collector sold a 1954 Oldsmobile convertible with the stipulation that this 1950 Oldsmobile be part of a package deal. The deal was made and the new owner had no interest in this 1950 Olds and parked it in a corner of his building for 37 yrs until a month ago when he passed away. Since there was no family interest, it was given to a nephew. Bringing things up to date, I am listing the Oldsmobile for the current owner . This vehicle has had the carb rebuilt tune-up & new coil. All hoses were replaced. The engine started immediately and ran smoothly & quietly. There is one old repair on the driver's side certainly an old professional repair. The trunk at extreme rear where it's lower than trunk has two rust spots All the old carpeting has been removed to show the solid floors. A master cylinder will needed to be rebuilt . Other than windshield all glass is perfect...No de lamination anywhere The impossible hard to find gravel guards are free of dents & only require buffing .Door panel fabric needs only shampooing Door handles rocker moldings & most of the emblems are outstanding. I can't address the tires as there is no ozone cracking with thousands of miles of tread left and must certainly be pre 1981.. This is a rare unmolested vehicle that even has the original six keys. Please contact me if there are any other questions. NO RESERVE
