1936 Oldsmobile Touring Sedan. I don't believe you will find a more complete restoration project for a 30's touring sedan than this car. It is in very good condition and has all the hard to find parts. This car has the rare straight 8 engine in it and a manual three speed transmission. Mileage is shown at 39,449 and is believe to be correct. Comes with a clear Ohio title and repair manuals. Please note the the photo showing the rechromed parts shows only some of the parts. All trim parts, the original grill and hood ornament, hub caps, bumpers and bumperettes have been rechromed and are with the car. It was a running and driving car a few years ago but is not now. A cylinder may be stuck, that would be the worst case scenario. Might also be a burned out starter. There are many boxes, over a dozen file boxes of parts that go with the car plus other loose parts. You are buying this car as is with the boxes of parts I am including. Not all boxes are shown in the photos, there are more. Restoration work that still needs to be done is finishing the body work and doing the paint, finishing recoloring the upholstery (just the back and front seat I think), reinstalling the interior, and installing the new custom-made wiring kit. You will need to arrange pick up and transportation for the car and parts. A deposit of $500 via PayPal is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Balance is to be paid either before (by PayPal) or when you pick up the car (by cash) and the car must be picked up within 30 days of the last day of the auction.
