I own a restoration shop and this is a car I am selling for a customer. He has owned the car for 5 years and obviously took great care of it. His wife's uncle owned it before his purchase. The body is super straight and the paint shines fine with no orange peel. Very smooth. The sixth picture shows the biggest flaw in the paint. There is a 3 inch scratch on the right quarter panel just above the chrome trim. I would rate the paint 9.7 out of a 10. It was in our shop last week for a new water pump and a carburetor rebuild. The 324 cubic inch engine has no flaws to mention. It starts right up and has no noises or smoke. The four speed Hydra-Matic shifts perfectly. He had the power brake booster replace a few years ago. It does not have power steering but it steers well. The lake pipes are just for looks so they are easily removed if you don't like them. The body is super tight. All the panels fit like they did when it was new. The doors, hood and trunk shut very well. The interior was redone very tastefully and is real comfortable. The chrome and paint on the dash is 100% beautiful. There are no pits in the chrome and no scratches in the paint. The odometer is reading 73,638 which is believed to be correct. All the gauges work as they should. The original radio hums but does not play. The owner is a tall man so he had the steering column shortened 2 inches to accommodate his height.
