1955 Oldsmobile Super 88 Coupe White

This 1955 Oldsmobile Super 88 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. It’s generally a solid original car. From Kansas City area for its first 50 years with one owner. Cool color combo. New tires in 2023. Original V-8 with four speed automatic and PS, PB and power seat.

Wonderful 1955 Super 88 holiday coupe. Amazing story of one owner near Kansas City who literally drove it to church and the market from 1955 - 2020. She passes and her daughter donated the car to the Kansas City Archdiocese. They auction it and the buyer was in Lincoln, NE. He kept it for a year and then sold it to his friend who we purchased it from. The most ironic element of the story is that the daughter left her mother's ashes in the trunk of the car and it wasn't until the third owner found them and returned them to the church in Kansas City.

Drives great. Out of space. Need to sell it. Small dent on trim of front hood trim as shown. Small missing paint spot near hood emblem. Lots of spare parts like some trim and a radio. Wipers do not work. Aftermarket radio in glovebox. This car is a serious gem. I am sure it's not perfect, but it is really solid and wonderful. We have a video of the car running, but it is too big to upload. No rust and nice very presentable classic car.

Great patina and fun documentation/evidence of originality. The dealership decal is still on the dash and it matches the same one as the key fob. The 1980 KU decal on the rear bumper. The 1960 MO parking pass on the window. So cool. Brand new wide white walls bias ply from Coker. The car is inside our shop in Omaha, NE.
