Description of 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass |
*****Do to non paying bidders I now am requiring any bidders that have recent negative feedback from buying to contact me before bidding. with a plan on how they intend to pay if they win. The same thing goes for new ebayers. or bidders with no feedback. If you do not do this first. I will have to cancel your bids. It is a shame this has to be done. but some people just dont get that you are bidding to win. not for fun. and you have to pay if you win. ******Up for sale is my 1985 oldsmobile cutlass supreme. it is an automatic with a 307 v8 motor. with a 4 barrel carb. for a 30 year old car it is in very good condition. i simply have to many cars. and no time to deal with them. and no place to store this. i would hate to see it sit outside in winter. so i am trying to sell it now. so it wont have to. it is black with dark red/maroon interior which is in very good shape. it has american racing chrome wheels. with raised white letter tires. if you like the jacked up look in the back. all you need to do is put taller tires on the back . nd it looks and rides great. the dash gauges have been replaced. so the approx miles on the car are 78. 00 which i came to from what was told to me by the previous owner. plus what i put on the car myself. the car actually has all the original chrome trim pieces. which are in very nice shape . hich you can see in the pics. if i had kept the car. i had planned on stripping off the old vinyl roof. and leaving the metal show. which the paint is in nice condition under it. the car has had a new radiator. gauges. water pump. belts. and more. i also just added two new high beams and a new horn. the wiring and the horn on the steering wheel were not working. so i had the steering wheel replaced with a new grant customized olds steering wheel. and had the horn wiring fixed. which cost over $200. i also just added 2 new ball joints. and american racing chrome wheels. with raised white letter tires. and i hag the transmission fluid and filter changed at the same time. the car has dual exhaust. and came with a brand new pa. emissions sticker when i bought the car. i dont have emissions where i live. the car also had a floor shifter. with a nice chrome shifter knob. and tinted windows. i also just discovered it has a power trunk release button in the glove box. no idea if it works or not. the only problem with the car is that when its shut off something drains the battery. i was told by multiple people and my main garage i use. that this is a cheap and minor thing to fix. right now i just remove the battery cables from the battery until its fixed. any other questions? feel free to ask. for payment i accept paypal. to buy this car using the buy it now option. bay will require you to make an immediate $500 deposit payment before you can do so. the deposit is non refundable. you will then need to do a seperate transaction. for the rest of the amount. as it is only letting me set a down payment of $500. you can pay with your paypal balance. a credit card. or you can do an instant transfer from your bank account. please do not use an e-check. or this new horrible option to pay me my money later. that option holds my money for up to 21 days. and there is no way i am signing over a car without getting paid first. so please dont use either of those options. full payment is do the day the auction ends. the buyer is responsible for all transfer and shipping fees. i will do whatever i can to help with getting this shipped. you can use what ebay will suggest. or you can us u- ship. i have used u-ship and it worked out great. you make an offer to pay to ship. and shippers can accept it. i had a shipper accept an offer of $150 less than what others had offered. i would like the car gone asap. as its taking up room. but i will work with your and my schedule on picking this up or shipping it. i reserve the right no sell this car locally. i have had some interest from a few people. so if this is something you really want to own. i would suggest buying it now. i told all prospective buyers i had a buy it now price. and that the car would be up as a first come first serve. for whoever comes up with the money first. gets the car. ********** I am adding this since i had a clueless winner the last time. when you win the auction that means you won the car. and have to now pay for it. the $500 deposit and the rest of the payment is due when the auction ends. the deposit is non refundable. nbsp; so dont bid if you can not pay the entire winning price. **************** |
