Description of 1967 Triumph Other

I purchased this Triumph TR4A from an estate several months ago. It had been sitting in dry storage last driven/inspected in 2001. The car is pretty solid and 100% complete and will make a really nice driver with little work or make a great restoration. The body was repaired. painted and sorted so the previous owners could use it a a daily driver. The paint is respectable as a driver having a nice shine with no runs but there are sone chips and a few small scratches. I have some touch up paint and will attempt to touch up as time permits. The floor on the passenger is solid front to back. The drivers side had some sheet metal patching that looked crappy. so I glassed the entire driver's floor to strengthen it and make it look nicer. The underside/frame looks to be pretty decent having been coated with some kind of undercoat or black pitch. Inside the fender wells look decent as well. The front inner splash guards need to be installed and are in the trunk. Trunk is unbelievable and super clean. There is no rust through anywhere on the car. The wooden dash is perfect with no cracks or peeling. dash to is also in perfect condition. no cracks. All gauges. bezels. switches look really nice and are present. I know the tach. speedo oil. amp and temp gauges work. not sure on the gas as I haven't put a lot in. I had to replace the gas tank. get all the hydraulics sorted and sort electrical problems. All head lights work. front and rear turn signals. brake lights. wipers and power to the horns through the horn button although the horns don't work. The side markers are sorted but disconnected and will need connected. I replaced/soldered all wires with bullets where needed. I'm not sure if all the dash lights are working as I haven't gotten to those yet. The engine starts easily and runs and idles as it should. With the winter weather here in the east. I haven't driven the car on the road. but have run it through all gears. while on jack stands. including reverse with no problems. Shifts as it should. Clutch and brakes work fine but Ebrake needs the button/rod replaced. Convertible top is in decent condition having only one small tear smaller than an inch. Rear windows are yellowing but clear. Front and rear bumpers are original. pitted but not rusted. All other chrome is original too. The car only needs carpet and both seats recovered to be ready for summer driving.
