Description of 1970 Other Makes NSU RO80

I have too many projects, 'm 51 and running out of time, oom and money. I'm one of the biggest collectors and restorers of NSU in the USA. I hate to do this but I must offer up my super rare 1970 padmagrün (avocado) NSU RO80 with a rare optional factory sunroof. If your a rotary fan this would be quite a car to take to shows. I believe there are only about 4 I can think of running in the USA. If you thought Mazda invented the rotary engined car, ou're wrong. NSU brought to market the first rotary engined car. If you don't know what NSU is, ou should check it out. They "merged" with Audi and for a long time Audi was Audi NSU Gmbh until they ditched NSU in the early 80's. If you have a Mazda rotary, ook on your engine casting and you will see NSU stamped on it. Yes, hey still exist and they own the rights to the design.

The car itself is very restorable. The problems include rust in a couple of parts of the front floors. Somebody left the window open long ago and got the floor wet. Everything else is very good. My goal here is to find a GOOD HOME for her and help somebody get involved with our club.

The car comes with:

1. Avocado Rotary Engined, imi Automatik, nboard front brake car 2. 3 windshields, ne used good windshield and 2 NEW windshields made by Pilkington in England 3. 1 fully dressed, ebuilt engine restored and rebuilt. Even all the little bits are cad coated properly 4. 1 Simi complete parts car, oxes of parts minus only the seats

I have well over $10k invested in this. Yes, know I'm crazy and yes, know I'm going to loose my shirt on this (please see the part where I say I would like it to go to a GOOD HOME) I obviously love NSUs and I restore them for fun. myself or various club members will be happy to help you with tech support in the future. I however don't have a lot of time to deal with rude people or tire kickers. That's what BringaTrailer is for right? The best way to contact me is via email, essaging. I'm sorry I'm not listing my phone number here but I have children and it usually NUTS here! I also forgot to mention that I do have a couple of new parts. It comes with 2 new front window rubbers and a couple of tierods

Please, elp me save this amazing 1970's German Futurecar! The reserve is at 4k Thanks!
