1967 cord 810.289 V8. Automatic. PS PB AC Leather interior.
This cord is a continuation of the first series which was discontinued when the cord went into receivership in 1937. In1966 Bill Lear of Lear Jet fame bought the Cord Motor Company out of receivership and built a short run of continuation 810's. Recognized buy DMV as a real 810 Cord.
This car features it's original Hi PO 289 4 barrel motor automatic and is all original. Runs super and turns heads wherever it goes. This car was originally designed buy Gordon Buehrig considered to be the greatest designer of the classic era. The 810 was his finest work and one of the most recognizable cars ever with its coffin nose and side pipes. Not simple transporting but rather a device to return to a time where what you drove told people you were someone of elegance and distinction.
