German manufactured. Sold by Mercury. $30. 00 when new A solid. comfortable car with electric drivers seat. reclining rear seats. large hatchback and a sunroof that does not leak. Strong engine (V6). transmission and rear end. New catalytic converter and rear driveshafts/CV joints New real sheepskin seat covers. Euro style headlights and rear wing. Clean interior. though some of the upholstery seams are ripping. Drivers seat torn. Needs paint on top and hood. Climate control works. but fan runs at high speed at all times. Could install a switch to turn off. Never wrecked. no rust. Seattle based car I purchased two years ago from a Scorpio fanatic. Car was well maintained. 83. 00 on odometer which stopped working in October 2013. Probably 2000 miles since then.
