1973 Steyr Pinzgauer Model 710 for Sale. A 4X4 high mobility all terrain vehicle equipped to handle ten passengers. The rear seating can quickly be folded down converting the interior of the bed to carry two NATO pallets. a 2.5 L four cylinder air cooled engine and mated to the more rare 5 speed transmission with a two speed transfer case. It has Portal axles to give extra ground clearance and a backbone chassis tube with transaxle which distributes the weight more evenly and keeps the center of gravity lower. The fully independent suspension assists with the truck's handling. The Pinzgauer is one of the most capable all-terrain vehicle ever built. A top speed of approximately 68 mph and a towing capacity of 11,023 pounds on the road and 3,307 pounds off-road. It has a range of 249 miles on one tank of fuel.
