1957 CHEVY GASSER NOSTALGIA DRAG CAR BARN FIND TIME CAPSULE THE REAL DEAL BBC

Up for auction we have a storage fresh time capsule 1957 Chevy gasser know as the ""STAMPEDE""This car has been a race car since day one raced threw out New England threw the 60s and 70s mainly at New England Dragway in Epping NH and was a a multi class winner in its day.This car has been in storage since the early 80s untill recently.It was raced with a 427 bbc and a clutched Th400 pretty trick transmission setup for the time kinda like a poor mans Lenco. the drivetrain was long gone when I found the car but it still resides all of its other race equipment such as a Dana 60 rear with 6:17 gears a spool and Summers axles ladder bar rear. Strait axle front.1 piece fiberglass lift off nose the rest of the car is all original steel and original glass the doors are not gutted and are fully operation the trunk lid is skined but original steel lid to the car.The inside is complete original dash Colum wheel gauges clutch pedal assembly and linkage is still intact it has a 3 point Lakewood roll bar with a added door bar 60s Pontiac or Oldsmobile bucket seats with its original last raced harness!The car is still wired and plumbed still has its original fuel tank and factory filler location radiator is still there.There is some spare ring and pinions of various rations in the trunk that I found with the car.It had slots in the rear and what looks like supertricks in the front when it was raced I found one of the slotted rear mags with the car and it is included in the sale.Car is rolling on some vintage solid centerlines.I have not done any cleaning on this car but the paint and art work is all in great condition.The body is very solid with minimal holes in the original floors and some rot in the spare tire wheel of the original trunk pan but overall it is in great condition for a original 57 body.The last picture is as it was raced and second to last is as it was found.Not very often to real deal nostalgia drag car time capsules like this pop up for sale !!!This is what people try to duplicate this is the real deal !!!.Car rolls and steers easily to get onto a trailer or hauler.Any questions feel free to give me a call at 508-641-1958This is a no reserve auction bid to win!!!International buyers welcome!!!.Thank you and happy bidding.
