GREAT Base solid car for renewal/restoration or just a quick fix of some items, paint it and enjoy. 1981 Fiat X1/9 Fuel Injected. This car is very original. I had planned for the past 8 years to start restoration but just can't find the time. hood/nose, fender and trunk appear to be painted but there is no old body damage that I can find that has been repaired. Car is quite straight and never messed with. Strangely has 2 rot holes in the door sills in the same spot on each side which leads me to believe this was where they put the rust prevention spray in through and over time.  Car does start amazingly every time. Does need a solenoid as it sticks after engine is running.  Maybe just a starter is easier but starter cranks fine. Battery is trash. Tires are trash. Spare rim has a dent in the rim but 4 on the car in need of refinish but not bent as far as I can tell. Seats are in good shape. Not original obviously. A/C doesn't work. There is a ding/chip in the front windshield that will definitely fill. not cracked. Car will drive and trans doesn't pop out of gear or anything wrong there. Underbody straight. It new valve stems, plugs, wires, rotor 8 years ago and has not been driving 50 miles since. reman rear brake calipers, brake and clutch Master Cylinders front wheel bearings. The headlights must be manually raised. never even tried to figure out the issue.
