Payment is expected within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn’t received within 7 days, a Non-Paying Bidder alert will automatically be filed.

For PayPal - we MUST ship to the address on the PayPal Transaction Page. Your order WILL be placed on hold and will not ship until the shipping address matches the address on the PayPal Transaction Page.

Texas shipments must pay 6.75% sales tax.

Domestic Shipping –

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military address may incure additional shipping charges.

• Shipment to a Texas address will require Texas Sales Tax to be collected (6.75%).

• We will ONLY ship the address showing on the PayPal payment - no exceptions.

• Insurance is included in the Fixed Shipping Rate.

• Any payment received over $250.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

• Some items may require a phone # for shipping - it is ONLY required for shipping purposes.

• A handling fee is included in the Fixed Shipping Rate to cover our costs of materials and labor.

• For large items that do not have a Fixed Shipping Rate, the rate quote given after the auction ends is only valid for four days.

International Bidders –

· Unfortunately we no longer ship internationally.

We try and describe all items as accurately as possible, but if the item is not as described and a return is necessary, the buyer must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the item or a refund will not be granted. We must receive the item back within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Please keep original packaging for return shipments. Insurance is required and must cover the eBay final sale price. Once return is received, a refund will be issued (we do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee).
