In Portsmouth. Virginia. I have a used '53 Packard that's sitting in the garage. It's in poor condition. but would love to be restored or used for parts. I am the executor of my late Dad's estate and this was in his last rental house. It's for sale in "As Is" condition. I've done a little checking on the value: found 1 in SC in a junkyard for $4. 00.
