1955 Packard Clipper Custom sedan. Excellent condition. Vehicle originally from Western United States. Absolutely no rust, rot or plastic filler any where on car. Sheet metal as solid as day it was built. All glass good. Although the vehicle is mostly original, fair wear and tear dictates that some features requires replacement due to age. The brake system has had all wheel cylinders, brake hoses and brake lines replaced. Stainless brake lines were used. New stainless fuel lines with a electric fuel pump to aid in starting after long periods of storage. Vehicle starts easily with mechanical fuel pump. I DO NOT use Ethanol gas in this vehicle. The 352 cu. in 245 HP V-8 runs strong and quiet with excellent oil pressure.Engine does not smoke. Vehicle has Ultramatic transmission, Esamatic Power Brakes, Monroe Power Steering and Vintage Air Conditioning which certainly makes it pleasure to drive on hot summer days. Vehicle has torsion level system with all new electrical components. All new bushings upper and lower front support arms. New tie rod ends. New pin kits upper and lower support. New rear shocks. Easily keeps up with modern traffic. Clock and radio not working. All lights including turn signals and stop lights work fine. Vehicle has lap belts for front seat passengers. Vehicle was repainted and interior reupholstered by previous owner. Radial tires. Literature available include Service Manual, Parts Manual, Owners Manual, and original Service Counselors. All accessories such as starter, generator, carburetor are original to the car. Starter was professionally rebuilt two years ago. Have receipts and records.
