"Ask the Man Who Owns One' was not just a sales pitch they used to sell these back in "48". It was Marketing Legend. Salesmen used to stand a nickle on end on the top of the engine block to show how smooth the motor ran. Arrive at your Club in Style because this vehicle is 'Better Than Most!' All gimicks aside. Packard was the "STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE" back when Quality ment something. The Pictures tell the story of its condition better than anything else. Some details need attention such as wiring that needs TLC. One upholstry button on the drivers side seat needs to be reattached. Some of the instruments and lights do not work perfectly. as they should. Below average surface rust is visible (no large holes I could find). A crack in the drivers door glass and wing window fog. Recent Bodywork. Paint and complete new interior have been redone and are in very nice condition but not perfect. Needs paint detailing in the engine bay area.
