Description of 1968 Peugeot Other

Running 404 sedan. 92% intact (minus on bodywork, aint and dent in trunk panel, ront and rear suspension bushings need replacement and alignment, eaks, riminess here and there) The two rear tires are old, eather checked, nd out of round. I am not certain of the total level of rust this chassis has, ther than the drivers seat belt anchor is loose, ill not tighten and I believe the mounting nut has rusted off, nd the cross member under radiator core is rusted through, hese are the areas I know of, he front and rear seats have been recovered with the mostdiabolical industrial corduroy material I have ever encountered. The front seat covers are stained with a couple of splits on the passenger side. The rear seat cover is in good shape. The head liner is intact with areas of stains and a generalgrimy look in places.would rate this car a #4 based on a Hagerty criteria.
Car is driven daily (current registration, lear title). Car comes with dozens of spares. This would be a car that you would go one of two ways, believe the car is intact enough to to do a ground up restoration or a nurse along, unky little get around car.
The car comes with all the spares I possess (worth many hundreds of dollars to someone who plans to keep this car running, ncluding all side glass and rear window (no extra windshield) chrome trim, nobs, omplete second set of carburetors, ydraulic rebuild kits, EM roof rack and dozens of things you will have to figure out.
Lights, auges and wiring are all sound and stock with correct function .The engine was upgraded to an XM series 1800 cc twin carb motor with a standard BA7 transmission with a new disc and pressure plate fitted at that time.
We moved and I have no place to store indoors, nd would really like to sell " Little Red"" to someone who is familiar with the marque. This car has all the quaintness and quirkiness of a 47 year old French car model that conquered all of Africa when new and presses on there even today. The skilled will appreciate, he meek will always be terrified, he confident will enjoy! Bon Jour
