Description of 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic

This is an EXTREMELY nice car. I purchased it from my neighbor. It belonged to her and her husband who passed away about 5-6 years ago. They had kept it in their garage since new and it has been there since with the exception of her occasionally backing it out of the garage to wash it. It has been started on a weekly basis. Things that have been done to it are the typical things that need to be done to a car that hasn't been driven in a while. It has a new radiator. new water pump and new exhaust from the catalytic converter back. serviced and inspected. I took the car on a trip of a little better than 100 miles just to run it some and make sure it was OK. I thought it was smooth when I left. but by the time I got back it was really smooth. Things that are not perfect about this car are. The A/C isn't working but will be repaired by the time the auction is over. The fuel and temp gauges aren't working. but they will hopefully get repaired as well. The seats in this car show no signs of wear. When I got the car about 3 weeks ago. there were rubber floor mats covering the original carpet floor mats. Headliner. door panels. dash and everything in this car is like new. Owners manual is in the glove box. I don't think anything has ever been in the trunk. The spare is a full size tire and is mounted on an alloy rim like the ones on the ground. I doubt the spare has ever been taken out. This old couple babied this car. They had a pickup they drove mostly everywhere and took this one out of the garage for their special drives.
