Up for auction is a 1969 Barracuda with a mid '70's 440 and 727 Torqueflite trans. The rearend is an 8 3/4" with 3.23 open gears (5x4.5 bolt pattern). The car has later model A-body disc brakes on the front with the 5x4.5 bolt pattern. It started life as s 6 cyl. auto, /C car. Fender tag is intact. The 440 is stock and runs well, t has a 750 Edelbrock carb, lectronic ignition and Hooker Super Comp fenderwell headers. it also has an electric fuel pump and turbo mufflers. The body is pretty nice for it's age, t's a New Mexico car but there are some rust bubbles coming through and some filler here and there but the floorpans and trunk are nice, y no means a rust bucket. The carpet and headliner are nice but the rest of the soft interior parts are crispy thanks to living in the high desert. All the glass is good, t drives, teers and stops very well. It had been parked for several years before I picked it up, changed the fluids, dded gas and a battery and it started right up! That being said, t could use tires. I was going to change the wheels and tires but the next owner can personalize it themselves.
