Description of 1970 Plymouth GTX

You are looking at a very rare 1970 GTX. This car is 1 of 94 built and documented in the build sheet that comes with the car. What makes it 1 of 94 is how the car was painted at the factory. It had a white painted roof versus a vinyl top. The car also came from the factory painted B7 blue with a white interior. In my opinion one of the best color combination. It is still blue with a white interior. The car also has rare factory disc brakes in the front with drums in the rear and is an original AC car. The compressor is still in the car but not hooked up. I bought this car after it sat in a body shop getting restored for over 2 years. I am only selling it because I had cancer surgery and just do not have the strength to finishes the car up to 100 %. The paint is nice but does have a few chips that have been touched up and there is some bubbles on the drivers side rear quarter bottom panel. My body shop guy says something was under the paint that caused that and it would cost a couple of hundred to repaint that small section. The car has many new parts, loor pans have been replaced as well as the trunk pan, ew interior, ew bumpers, ew grill, ew seat belts, ew parking lights and backup lights, ew windshield, ew brake booster, he date code 1970 HP 440 has been rebuilt with only about 300 miles on it. The engine is not the original but is a 1970 HP 440 which is how the car was built, he engine would look a lot nicer with some chrome valve covers but that is up to the new owner. The tires and rims are new with less than 50 miles on them. The console panels are new and the car has an aftermarket AM FM radio and comes with the original am radio if you wanted to put that back in. The car has the factory tach which works and all the gauges. The car does need some electrical trouble shooting to get all the gauges working and the right tail light. The amp gauge works and the gas, emp and oil need something to get them working. I changed the fuel sending unit and the gas gauge started to work and for some reason now it does not. I am not an electrical person so better left up to someone who knows what they are doing. I have the white stripes that go on the sides that come with the car. I was going to put them on but some people do not like them so it is up to the new owner. This is a running and driving rare 1970 GTX. These cars are getting harder and harder to find and this one is 1 of 94. I tried to list all the important things about the car but I am sure I missed a few thing. I will answer any questions you may have so ask away. The car is sold as is and without any warranty or guaranty. Delivery if need is up to the new owner. The car has a clear title and does include the build sheet.
