Plymouth Sport Fury

"Starting in 1962 and ending in 1969, he Sport Fury was offered as a hardtop coupe or a convertible. Realizing the mistake made in downsizing their full-size cars, hrysler Corporation began to restyle and enlarge the Plymouths and Dodges on the same platform, hich improved sales in 1963 and 1964. The '64 models saw a significant improvement in sales and popularity, specially the hardtop coupes, hich got a dramatic new slanted roofline. Engine choices remained the same throughout this three-year cycle."

For sale by owner and originally a California car, his awesome '63 Fury was completed in 2012 and driven only 1,000 miles since. Built for the street or strip, he engine is a 1978 440 big block, he transmission is a 427 automatic with a shift kit, Dana 60 rear end and a 456 gear. Beautiful base coat/clear coat paint make this Fury stand out in a crowd! Built to drive on the street, ut also to be taken to the strip, his car flat out flys! Although it was built to be taken to the track, t has yet to be raced. What follows are the details.
