1957 Plymouth Plaza 2dr sedan [no hardtops at the bottom of the barrel!] Body is decent for what it is- its crusty, ut the good part is there are NO HIDDEN SINS under original paint! what you see is what it is- good and bad! all glass is great with the exception of the passenger side door glass, hich has a small crack in the lower rear corner which disappears when you roll the window down- easiest fix on the block! Here's the awesome history on this one: it was not used in the movie Christine, hough some may argue it was... turned out a friend bought this as a barn find in 1983, tored since 1965.. as a parts car for his convertible 58 plymouth. what did it donate?? here it goes: front seat, ront bumper, gnition switch, eadlight switch, ther dash parts/trim. he then stored it in his shop all these years but never went back to it as a resto project, bought it last summer with 2 ideas: Gasser [for which I bought the straight axle/suspension, tc- available as an extra with or without this car] or... door jamb donor for a hardtop i have, long with other sweet body parts like the super straight hood, tr skins, tc... anyway- this is the worst of 16 57/8 Plymouths I have, bought a tent for it since the garage is full at 35 cars... It's too nice to cut up in reality, o i'll pass it on if someone want to pay what its worth in pieces/whole, hatever! Rolls/steers, bviously no brakes. the original drivetrain was removed and given to a friend, or YOUR convenience, o add whatever awesome drivetrain you have laying around, rom a GLHS 2.2 turbo to a tunnel-rammed 440.. I added a front bumper, rocured a nice 2dr sedan back seat, nd have a rear bumper and nicer deck lid already primed to go with it. They don't let you select "other" for title on the e of bay here, ut it has a BILL OF SALE only, hat's how I got it. what you see is what you get except you get more!!! the rear bumper isn't pictured. there's even a box of loose parts for it- 2015 blowout bonuses galore. Look at the pics, sk realistic questions, he only trades I would be interested in are cash or wire transfers. Original door panel vinyl can be steamed, tretched, nd set over new masonite- don't say it can't be done.. all in all, ts a project car- average for a 57. A friend owed me a favor, ad him replace sections of the interiopr floor that were soft, 00% functional and strong, ust not resto grade, ts a plaza sedan, t was at most utilitarian the day it rolled out of the plant!
