Up for sale is a 1965 Plymouth Valiant Signet 200 Convertible. This is a 2 owner car.

This Car has a very reliable slant 6 engine with auto transmission, lawlessly razor straight body, orking power top, ower steering, nd lots of chrome.

The car runs strong and shifts properly. It is very easy to drive in the city or the highway and no weird sounds. It pulls straight and firm. Please be aware this is a 1964 car, t cannot be compared with a 2005 convertible. The suspensions have newer components and new tires. There are no leaks. There is no choke, o the throttle needs to be pressed 8-10 times in the morning when is cold, ut once it start there will be no problems. Slant 6 engines are good cruisers, ood on gas and still plenty of power. There are famous for its reliability and easy to get parts. The Valiant does not smoke and have good compression. In general this is a reliable sorted out car that runs and drives great.

I would not be afraid of cruising this convertible thru Canada or the States. It will make a long trip, t is in good mechanical shape.

The car was repainted at some point, ut still looks beautiful. It is straight and all the chrome is present and in good/excellent condition. The engine bay is clean, ame as the trunk. There are no rust spots or paint bubbling in the body. Keep in mind this car has only been driven in summer time and kept garaged in rainy season. All the glass in good conditions and the regulators work perfect, ll the weatherstrips and seals around the car are in good condition as well. The hub cups are original and in beautiful shape, ll the badging is also present.

The interior is one of the best I have ever seen, resh and in good condition. The seats are great and firm, he door panels are close to perfect with the chrome complete and all the dash is functional. All the meters and gauges are working and there are no stains in the carpet or mats.

The electric Top is in working condition but someone cut the top in the base of the sides (please check pictures) and it also has a small hole that was patched. New tops can be bought for $500 but I was reluctant to change it, he idea was to keep the car as original as possible. It has a vinyl top boot tonneau cover, n good shape.

There are some extra parts included in the sale, ar cover, sed cluster, EW carburetor (although the one on the car runs perfect), and other some small pieces.
