Description of 1969 Plymouth Road Runner

THIS 1969 PLYMOUTH ROADRUNNER IS A NASCAR FOR THE STREET. IT WAS BUILT BY PETTY ENTERPRISES IN THEIR SHOP AT LEVEL CROS, .C. AND IS THE ONLY ONE LIKE IT EVER BUILT BY PETTY ENTERPRISES. THE CAR WAS CUSTOM BUILT FOR RICHARD PETTY'S PERSONAL JET PILOT MR. MICHAEL PUGH,CAR WAS STRIPPED TO BARE METAL AND COMPLETLY RESTORED BY MAURICE PETTY & SONS AND OTHER MEMBERS OF PETTY ENTERPRISES, ETTY AIR And ONE EMPLOYEE OF RCR RACING.It has many special features including a 625 horse power 360 cid nascar truck racing engine built by Maurice Petty and associate, 4 speed racing transmissio, custom made driveshaft by Tex Powell racing and a bartol racing dana 60 rear end, he drive train alone cost over 40k to assemble and has new Quartermaster racing clutch, nbsp;plus peterson 3 gal trunk mounted oil tank, attery also mounted in trunk and all stainless steel braided oil lines. also has a custom leather interior.Nascar tach and guage, in. flowmaster exhaust. This car is super powerfull and very fast.The B5 blue is super nice and car has won me many first place trophys.I am including a letter from Mr. Pugh which will highlight many of the cars special features.I also have dozens of pictures of the rebuild and two 4ft by 4ft wall hanging frames with even more pictures of the car with Richard and Maurice Petty with the car and complete documention of the rebuild.The car was featured in MOPAR ACTION magazine and a N.C. newspaper and I havecopies of each that will transfer with car.Both Richard and Maurice have autographed the car.
