In my opinion thePlymouth Belvedere2 door hardtop was one of the best looking cars produced in 1955. This is a beautiful unmolested example of this car. It has the original polyspheric hemi engine with the hard to find factory 4 barrel. The interior is excellent and all the gauges work as they should. Paint and trim are in great conditionexcept for a chip on the bottom of driver door (see photos). The chrome is great except for a small dent on the driver side of the grill bar (see photos). The electrical system is original 6 volt, nd the drivetrain is original equipment also. The rear differential has been rebuilt along with the brakes and a dual master has beenadded (period correct Mopar) for safety. The engine runs great and all of the mechanical components work as they should. The only non period correct parts are the rear air shocks that were added for a more modern stance. I have found a little rust in the trunk (a few small pin holes) the rest of the car looks solid. This is a great looking car and is a dream to drive. All in all this car is in unbelievable condition and always draws a lot of attention.
