What we have here is a car that we built a few years ago and has had a great following. It was a favorite at "The 2008 HEMI REUNION",with the crowd, photographers and even the competitors. The car was running in the 10.00 second class but was capable of running 9.80's all day long. It was a regular at the Chrysler Classic races, winning quite often and even won the "Geezer Race at KilKare DragWay.This is a well prepared race car that has a simple low maintenance program. Easy to work on if needed. Car launches hard with wheels up, goes straight, and a real crowd pleaser & fun to drive. The original drum brakes has no problems with stopping this 3550 pound racer from the 9.80's at 137plus runs that it had with the previous 426 cu. in. motor with no porting on the heads. That motor was done by Tony Depello at "Speciality Motorwerks" in Dayton, Ohio. The new 528 Cu. In. motor was also done by Tony Depello, and was installed early this spring and has ZERO RUNS.
