Description of 1969 Plymouth Barracuda |
Firstly please note that I had problems with the listings on my cars so I have opened a new account to help with the indexing problem. I have over300 perfect feedbacks check it out (i-deal-it) Thanks. 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible 340 4bll Auto, Power steering, Power brakes, Finished in 20 year old plus paint. Which has stood the test of time. The paint has a very high and shiny gloss too it. I suspect that it has been color sanded and polished to a nice shine. The undercarriage is still as it was when it was new with the factory undercoating still intact. It is very solid with no signs of rust on the undercarriage that I can see, I have personally inspected this car several times. There is a 2 small rust holes in the inside of the trunk extensions at the lower quarter panels these holes only are about sq 6” in total. Very easy fix. The engine is a 340 and confirmed by block stamping it has headers aluminum intake with a 4 bll carb and runs very strong, the transmission has been set up with a reverse valve body and a firm shift kit. It has a 3.23 gear in the rear end is what I believe. It is a pretty quick little car. The car does need work on the interior the seat covers are torn and ripped. The good news this can be cleaned up with new seat covers at cost of only about $500 right here on eBay and are reasonably easy to install for the do it yourselfer. I have a new carpet that I have already purchased and will be in the trunk. I have lots of photos if you wish to see more. This is a nice little car and with some TLC would be a great car for the summer cruises. Overall this isa very decent solidcar. Sits well on all four corners. I would be glad to help import this car intothe USA and transport it to Detroit Mich. or Buffalo N.Y.area for transport to your address any where in the USA for the cost of the Broker Fees of $475.00 and Manifest of $125.00 and small cost of shipping to either place.
