The Old Oregon Motor Company presents: 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda Convertible Tribute. In Violet/Black. A beautiful, rust-free, original Barracuda, which underwent an extensive and very correct frame-off restoration to create this stunning Hemi tribute. The car was disassembled to a bare shell and mounted on a rotisserie. The car was painted in a base-coat/clear coat In Violet color outside, inside, and fully underneath. Then it was re-assembled with hundreds of hours of labor expended, and many Mopar NOS and new components, to build this beautiful, Hemi-powered 1971 'Cuda Convertible. Major body components used in the restoration include NOS factory fenders, hood, and Shaker bubble. Mechanically, the car received a 426 Hemi Mopar Performance block, balanced, with a 10.25 compression ratio, aluminum Moparcylinder heads, dual 4-barrel clone Harms carbs, factory cast-iron exhaust manifolds, Flowmaster mufflers, power steering and brakes, front disc and rear 11" drum brakes, heavy-duty torsion bars, 15" x 7" Rallye wheels, Tremec 600 5 speed transmission, 10.5" clutch, Quicktime bellhousing, and a Dana 60 rear end with 3:73 Suregrip limited slip gears. 235/60 15" front tires and 275/60 15" rear tires, and space-saver spare. Newlyrecovered seats and carpet, restored Rimblow steering wheel, restored 8K RPM rallye dash and gauges, and an AM/FM radio with iPod connection.
