A true Plymouth Roadrunner, this car is a great find for the right buyer, it needs a little work.It Runs good; it has a 440 c.i. (not original engine); It has a 4 speed manual trans. and a Posi rear end. Looks good, body is straight and solid but has some rust spots. (see pics) The trunk has some rust and the passenger side rocker panel has bubbling; alsothe lower edges of both doors have a little rust. Inside the trunk there is a few rust holes.Paint is starting to lift on inner trunk lid but solid metal beneath, and trunklidhas very tiny bubbles on exterior surface. The top outer edges of the wiper deck has some bubbling & a crack on either side. Transmission needs a (rebuild) replace the synchronizers. It needs lower control arm bushings/ front end alignment because of some newer replacement parts. Needs some minor interior work (headliner and front carpet), rear window (package tray) has a small crack but otherwise interior is good. The battery tray is rusted. The fuel tank has a pin hole in it (but has a temporary patch). The frame and under body are in good shape, but has some rust by leaf springs; The floor pans are in good shape; the front grille is beautiful. The fenders and the rear quarter panels are in good condition. The dash is in good shapeand the accessories work, horn works but needs to be reconnected. I installed a new gear reduction starter, and a completely brand new clutch assembly. The grommet on the fuel tank filler neck should be replaced. It has solid bumpers, both (front & rear). Bucket seats (not original) and rear seats are in good condition. This car is perfect for the serious mopar enthusiast. It is a VERY NICE PROJECT car for the right buyer. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE.
