This '48 Plymouth is a Georgia red-dirt road driven car. Taken over from their grandfather who hardly ever used it, was made into a hot rod by the the grandkids who promptly blew the engine. Then it was bought by a guy who meant to restore it but instead stored it in a climate controlled warehouse for twenty years. I'm the third owner. There's no Bondo anywhere on this body. A couple of very minor creases, easily remedied. It's solid as a rock. Unfortunately I had a heart attack shortly after I got it and cannot continue to work on it. Let my loss be your gain. No engine or transmission, and it'll need a new front end, as some parts were scavenged. I was planning on using a C4 Corvette for engine and running gear as the width is perfect. You won't find a more solid body anywhere! Most of the chrome/stainless steel trim is there (The front bumper is off but I have it, complete). Has all of the windows, window cranks, and interior. Needs door, window and trunk seals. No engine, transmission nor driveshaft. I do have the original hubcaps. Was originally the deep red colour showing through in the flames.
