1961 Plymouth Savoy

Full frame off restoration (sub frame removed) and complete underside restoration rotisserie. This was a long time project, 7 yrs, done correctly. Original glass except windshield, new fuzzies, gaskets front and rear, all original style factory fabric for seats, headliner, visors, and door panels made by JUST Dashes out of Ca. Very correct interior, with the exception of the 4 speed/overdrive tranny. Originally a white car w/blue interior, it was stripped to bare metal and given a factory correct paint job in Robin Egg Blue. (Same as my first car)

The motor is a new 225 slant six stroker with 196 rods, hot cam, 4 barrel carb, and headers 3 & 3into collector and 2 1/2" single exhaust. Sounds more like a 318 than a six, nice lope.

Trans is an 87 Dodge 4 speed over drive, all rebuilt, the rear end is a 68 b body housing, 489 case with new Yukon posi and new axles, all seals, and 2 1/2" taxi/police rear drums.Leaf springs had 1 extra leaf added,were moved in 2", and can get a 9" rim under it with the right offset. Front disc brakes were also added. Aluminum radiator. Single wire alternator.

Floor pans replaced, full welded in repops, seam sealed. and finished completely underneath. Full sub frames welded in. No rust in trunk, light repair to rockers and bottom of front fenders, rest of the car was really nice and not all beat up with dents or rust.

Car was built with future plans of a 440 with golden commando long ram setup. Long ram available first to buyer for extra money.

Have several misc parts, including trim pieces, 3 speed push button auto with cables and dash plate and buttons, extra speedometer and gauges, etc.
