Description of 1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus

1972 Satellite Sebring, Original 318/AT Now equipped with era correct 440/727 Posi. This car is a dry Western and rust free time capsule. Mostly original paint and original body panels. All the critical areas: Frame, floors, trunk, and rockers are rust free and in amazing condition, still showing original undercoat. The body is solid, it has had some minor touch up over the years but this car is low mile and was well cared for through out its life.
Mechanically this car runs and drives great, everything works as it should, right down to the trunk lamp and AM radio. There are no issues with the Powertrain, the engine runs quiet and smooth with no major leaks, smoking or noises, the transmission is tight and shift good, and the rear differential is quiet and the posi works good.
Some of the recent work done when the car was taken out of 20 year storage last year include: Brand new vinyl top, carpet, headliner, dash pad, fuel tank and sending unit, carburetor and complete dual exhaust system. Lots of brand new correct parts have been installed. The car has been inspected and serviced front to rear and all systems have been checked and are working properly. It is ready to cruise trouble free.
Overall this car is in amazing condition for a 46 year old car, a true survivor and a great driver. It shows a ding and small dent here and there with a few minor blemishes all which compliments its originality. The interior is in great shape with only a few cracks in the rear seats, and a small one on the drivers seat bottom. This not a show car but is an excellent candidate to become one. As It is now, it is easy to see the car looks great and shows a ton of originality and character. It can be enjoyed and driven as-is by the proud new owner or made into trailer queen easily if so desired.
