Description of 1970 Plymouth Road Runner SuperBird

This is a two owner car with 29,6xx actual miles. It has been repainted once (in the original color - B5 blue).

The seats have been reupholstered in original white and the entire interior was done so it would all match. This was done approximately 18 years ago but it still looks great. The original owner and the consignor (I purchased at auction in 2016) state that the 'BirdIt has the original 440 six pack motor (3x2 carbs) and the original 4 speed transmission and according to the original owner it is a numbers matching car.

It runs and drives great.

The 'Bird has a 9 3/4 3:54 gears Dana rear ens and it drives excellent..no leaks. She has been professionallymaintained. The car is stored in a temperature and humiditycontrolled facility.

The underside is gorgeous...you could eat off of the underside of this car. There is a PAINT bubble on the nose. It has not gotten worse in the 2,5+ years that I have owned the car.

I have driven the car less than 20 miles since I purchasedit but it is started regularly..startsright up...newer battery. BRAND new BFG radials, new Mopar rallye wheels (15x7).

I did trace the car back to the original owner and everything appears to be correct. I am the second owner. It is very rare to find such a LOW MILEAGE SuperBird.

I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale locally.

A $2,000 deposit is due within 24 hours of successful bid/close of auction..via PayPal.

I do not have the Broadcast sheet. Many are asking about this.
I traced the car back to its original owner. I found several ads in which the car was listed and the information all checked out as a one owner (prior to me) car. The auction company believed this to be true as well. The consignor to the auction stated that it is one owner and numbers matching. There are numerous ads prior to my purchase that stated this was a one owner SuperBird with original motor etc as stated herein.
You can search and find these ads too....just enter the VIN.
