Description of 1974 Plymouth Satellite Sebring

For sale is a very rare '74 Plymouth "Sundance Edition" Satellite Sebring. This was a limited-edition special trim package featuring Aztec Gold Poly paint. front disc. factory AC. white vinyl 3/4 top burnt orange Sundance graphics and stripes. white and multi-colored plaid trim seats. carpeting. etc. Very unique and rare. They only made this package for 6 months of 1974 - 1 year only and it is unknown how many were made but it is LESS THAN 300 ever produced! They offered it in white and this Aztec Gold. Funky? Perhaps. but an absolute unobtainable rare MOPAR. Remember. it’s MOPAR or NO CAR! The last owner bough this car 8 May 2000 with 84783 miles. The title is stamped “E” for exceeds mechanical. The odometer reads 94038 and I assume it has rolled over. He began restoration and then the lost interest and parked it in the garage. All the body work has been done. new paint. interior seat covers. seat belts. body bushings and headlight trim. All the original parts he took off are included with the car except the sticker package. vinyl top and vinyl top chrome bar that goes across the roof. The wheel well trim and rocker trim are in the car. There is some bubbling in front of the passenger side rear wheel and 2 bubbles on the rear deck lid. the rear deck lid fits a little funny on the drivers side. The bumpers are the originals and the chome is in OK shape. The dash has a crack in it. It is a factory A/C car. All the parts are there but it does not work. Tires are in great shape. no dry rot but I have no idea how long they have been on the car. Under the hood is a 318 c. i. with a 2 barrel carburetor. It starts on the first try but it needs the carburetor cleaned or rebuilt to give it that 318 get up and go. Floor boards and rockers are solid with no rust. Could you fly in and drive it home. probably not. but all of the hard work has been done on this one. Leave it stock or add a set of factory mags and a black stripe and it will be a head turner. Ask questions before bidding and good luck. RH23: Plymouth Belvedere. atellite High 2 Door Hardtop G4R: 318 150HP(net) or 170HP(net) 1-2BBL 8 CYL 1974 Windsor. ONT.
