Description of 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe --

FOR SALE AT 500 CLASSIC AUTO - HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEE A 50 PLYMOUTH CONVERTIBLE? THIS ONE IS A CREAM PUFF. BABIED ALL ITS LIFE. ALWAYS A SOLID CAR HAVING ONLY A COUPLE SPOTS OF RUST TO REPAIR IN ITS LIFE. HAS A 1950 6 CYL ENGINE THAT SHOULD BE THE ORIGINAL BY THE NUMBER THAT STARTS OUT P20, SEE PHOTO. 3 SPEED TRANS SHIFTS SMOOTH. IT RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT PLUS WILL DO 65 MPH WITH NO PROBLEM. THERE TOP SPEED IS 81 MPH. MILES ON CLEAR TITLE SHOW 60,000 IN 1994. OD SHOWS 3600 MILES BUT I WAS TOLD LAST OWNER HAD THE SPEEDO REBUILT. LIKELY 3600 miles SINCE RESTORING. SO IT WILL BE MILES UNKNOWN. CHECK OUT THOSE 15 INCH SPOKE RIMS. THEY HAVE REALLY NICE STAINLESS CENTER CAPS. NOTE: OVER 100 PHOTOS POSTED AND THE LAST ONE IS THE VIN TAG AND THERE IS A VIDEO AT SELLING AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. IT WAS PROFESSIONALLY FRAME OFF RESTORED ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO BUT STILL SHOWS WELL WITH CORRECT ENAMEL PAINT AND INTERIOR. TOP WAS REPLACED A FEW YEARS AGO AND LOOKS GREAT ALONG WITH TIRES. HAS ADDED TURN SIGNALS. THE CHROME IS IN GREAT SHAPE ONLY A COUPLE PIECES HAVING VERY SMALL PITS. THE WINDOW CHROME IS REALLY NICE AND THE GLASS. BODY IS REALLY STRAIGHT BUT DOES HAVE A HANDFUL OF TINY NICKS OR SCRATCHES. GREAT BODY FIT MENT. LEFT ROCKER TRIM DOES HAVE A DENT AND THAT IS THE ONLY DAMAGE ON THE CAR. INTERIOR IS REALLY NICE EXCEPT THE CARPET DOES SHOW JUST A LITTLE FADE. THE TOP BOOT DOES HAVE SOME BLACK SPOTS I COULDNT GET OFF. HARD TO SEE. GAS GAGE DOESNT WORK AND THE TOP HAS A SECOND SWITCH ADDED TO LET THE TOP BACK UP. YOU DO NEED TO HELP THE TOP UP WITH JUST A LITTLE LIFT TO START IT BACK UP. WE CHECKED IT OUT AND ADDED A LITTLE FLUID BUT STILL NEEDS A LIFT. UNDERSIDE YOU CAN TELL WAS ALL PAINTED WHILE OFF FRAME. NO RUST FOUND BUT I THINK LEFT ROCKER HAD A PATCH AND THE LEFT FRONT FENDER CORNER. IF THERES MORE WE DIDN'T FIND IT. THE DRIVE IS REALLY NICE FOR OLD TECHNOLOGY AND SMOOTH. GETS UP TO SPEED QUICKLY FOR A 6 CYL. ITS A FINE OLD CAR. CHEAP PRICE FOR THIS CALIBER OF CAR AND I AM SURE NOBODY WILL HAVE ONE AT THE CAR SHOW. FINANCING IS POSSIBLE WITH RATES AS LOW AS 3.99% AND SAME DAY FUNDING. DELIVERY POSSIBLE ALL OVER THE WORLD.
