Description of 1969 Plymouth Road Runner

Up for sale is my 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. I purchased it because it was complete and had some really cool options, but unfortunately, I have too many projects going on and need to sell to make room.
It is a REAL "RM" Roadrunner. It originally came with a 383, but it currently has a 440 and 833 4-speed in it. I am not sure if the gearbox is original to the car because I don't have room enough to get it on the lift. It comes with the Air Grabber setup (complete as pictured). It does not have the fender tag and I did not remove the rear seat to see if the build sheet was there, but according to the previous owner (2nd owner of the car), it is an original 383, 4-speed, air grabber, bench seat, Post car. Looking at the car closely and having owned plenty of Mopars, I would tend to believe it is all that.
When I got the car it had been sitting in the yard under a couple of covers. The owner said that he would yard drove it up until about 5 years ago when the brakes went out. He then parked it and covered it. When I got it, I checked all the fluids (oil actually looked new, anti-freeze looked good also), turned the crank over by hand, put a gas can and electric pump on temporarily, put a fresh battery in and it started right up with GREAT oil pressure, no smoke and no strange noises coming from the motor. I shut it off, replaced the leaking accelerator pump diaphragm, tightened up the belts and now it will start on the first click. I have videos of the car running. Interior lights work, windshield wipers work but I could not get the lights to come on. Clutch actually feels pretty good, but I could not get it to go into gear while running. When it is off, I can shift through all the gears, so I would suspect it is a clutch issue from sitting. I tried to put fluid in the brakes, but the front passenger hose if leaking.
THE CAR WILL NEED TOTAL RESTORATION. In my opinion, it will need quarters, inner rear wheel wells, floors, trunk pan, fender patches, outer/inner rockers, torsion bar crossmember, doors can be patched, hood and trunk may be able to be saved with some welding. Inner fenders look good, firewall is solid, front core support is solid, front frame rails as far as I can be patched, rear rails aft of the axle will need to be replaced, but are solid forward of the rear end (maybe just some patches). The great thing about this Roadrunner is IT IS ALL THERE and is a cool car to save! The battery and the electric fuel pump setup DOES NOT come with the car. If you come see the car in person I can use them to show you it starts, but they are not included.
I have the CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE. The car is located in Jacksonville, FL.
I have over 70 Pictures and a few videos of the car. If you are interested, I can send you a link to them.
The car is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for pickup and delivery. Tires do hold air long enough to get onto a trailer. PLEASE ask questions and don't bid unless you are serious and have the funds available.
Payment cash in person or PayPal or wire transfer. Car and Title will not be released until funds have cleared in full.
Thanks for looking.
