1973 Plymouth Cuda, 4-speed, Part of Texas Collection, Govier Authenticated

Part of my TEXAS garage stored collection. Northern Texas climate has long-dry summers with little or no need to use rock salt on the roads because there is no snow or ice. North Texas is away from the ocean salt precipitation. Many of the Northern states use rock salt and just one season of exposure draws the salt water into seams and under carpets with delaminate and rot the metal.

ENGINE & CYLINDER HEADS:

• Legacy power-making features such as; the Large 2.02 valve X-heads andNOT the small 1.60 valve heads that are commonly found on 1972-1973 models.
• Engine block that is of correct casting code period, dated 3-27-72, which is accurate for this cars' production date of 12-13-72. Engine build-up time and time that they sat staged on their K-frame all play into this lapse.
• TRW pistons, internally balanced, performance cam-good drivability, double roller timing chain, melling oil pump, new timing cover, water pump, etc...

I AIM TO PLEASE:

• Got a wheel preference? This was a 'performance-only' CUDA with the 4-speed, plainblack wheels with dog-dish hub caps and no vinyl roof. I will substitute Rallye wheels if you prefer.
• Got a Side stripe preference? I’ll include with the sale a stripe kit of your choice: the ‘73-‘74 wide, the ’72 mid-width or ‘70 340 hockey stick.
• Got an Engine Block color preference? This Engine, having the Large 2.02 Intake Valves and otherpower-making features, has earned the Legacy Hemi (orange) color. If you desire the Mopar Blue that murmurs, “Low-Performance”, I can do that for you.
• Want the rear Tail-light valence blacked out? Not a problem…. But first do a little side-by-side comparison. The big round tail-lights, of the 72-74’s stand bolder on a light background due to the red lenses. You can never go wrong with maintaining the valence color same asthe car color......over the decades, the finestsports cars have been matching the color of their rear valence to the remainder of the car. And if you’re aiming to turn even the heads of the younger generation, for better or for worse, they’re accustomed to not having blackout surrounding the 4 independent tail lights.... likewhen the 5thgen Camaro was first introduced.

In person or at an upcoming live Auction, you'll be able to lift up the trunk mat and see there's no pitted/delaminated/rotted metal, or slide underneath to do the same.
